downstairs have their own bathroom / Upstairs has 2 Bedrooms
and 2 Lofts. The home has 2 bathrooms downstairs and 1 bathroom
upstairs with an extra Hot Water Heater. The home has a custom-built
oak cabinet with a gas-log fireplace insert. The fireplace
joins both the living room and dining room. Your family and
guests will enjoy gathering around the beautifully crafted,
solid oak dining table that allows seating for 10. There is
additional dining in the game room. The sliding glass doors
from the game room lead out to a lower deck and a staircase
to the upper deck. Deluxe 9 person hot tub and propane BBQ.
8 Mtn bikes. 5 minute walk to the Village Mall.

Regular check-in
time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
We will
reserve your home with a credit card or a mail-in deposit of 25% of the rental
amount. We require a 30 day cancellation notice. If shorter notice is given, and
the home cannot be rented, the deposit becomes non refundable.
