Powder Village Condo Unit is light and bright with all the
amenities, including TV's in both bedrooms and Living Room.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, the second bedroom has
two twin beds and the Living Room has a sleeper sofa.
An access key is provided for the Condo Complex Hot Tub and
Swimming Pool.

Regular check-in
time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
We will
reserve your home with a credit card or a mail-in deposit of 25% of the rental
amount. We require a 30 day cancellation notice. If shorter notice is given, and
the home cannot be rented, the deposit becomes non refundable.
